Where do we go from here?
- We are actively seeking an interim pastor. The duties of this person would be to lead the staff, lead the Elder-Oversight Board, preach and help with the search process for a new lead pastor. The responsibites may change depending on the person. This person will be selected by the Elders and select staff members.
- We are seeking a Worship Leader and will be putting out a job description soon. You'll find it for now on our website, the district site and the Alliance website.
- We will develop a clear search process with a committee and clear expectations. The job description will be posted on applicable platforms once we have a detailed outline of the process.
