As per the Bylaws:

Church Members are called to Meetings at times to affirm or vote on Church Business. At least fourteen days prior to a meeting, the date and topic(s) for the meeting will be sent to the Members by postal or digital methods and will be publicly announced at two regularly scheduled worship services.
