As you have heard, New York State has lifted most mandates regarding COVID-19. As a result, Kenmore Alliance Church will also be lifting our COVID-19 protocols. At this point, we encourage you to make the decision that best suits your family situation regarding masks and social distancing as you attend any and all ministries and events here at church.
Here are some things we will continue to offer:
If you have any questions, please contact Jeff Goodband (firstname.lastname@example.org)

We are a church that Loves God and Loves Others. And those cannot be separated. They go hand in hand. Thank you for your understanding.
1 John 4:21 - This commandment we have from Him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.
Rom. 14:13 - Therefore let us not pass judgment on one another any longer, but rather decide never to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother.

Dear KAC family,
As of Sunday March 28th, 2021, we will be discontinuing the registration process for Sunday services and our “A” and “B” row designation for 9am/11am services. Volunteers, group leaders and staff will continue to check-in upon arrival and complete the health screening at the front door.
Thank you for continuing to show love and respect to one another by wearing a mask in our buildings. We will continue to increase our efforts with sanitizing our buildings and providing hand disinfecting stations to ensure a safe environment. Below are some examples of our Sunday morning sanitization efforts.
We encourage you to come out and bring your friends and family to join us on Sunday mornings 9am or 11am.

Dear KAC Family,
The leadership of KAC has prayerfully determined, in light of the recent supreme court ruling, to safely re-open our in-person services and building back to the current capacity restrictions that already exist under Orange at 33%. Pre-registration for our in-person service this weekend Dec. 6th, is now available on our website.
Here is a special video announcement from Pastor Charles explaining further the details surrounding this decision as well as what this means for KAC going forward:
For now, we will continue to remain submissively compliant to the local restrictions and vigilant in our safety efforts in order to preserve a safe environment for you to worship. We hope to see those of you who CAN join us in person for worship, but completely understand if you CANNOT. You are missed and prayed for regularly and we continue to invite you to join us virtually on our website and YouTube channel.
Serving King Jesus,
We hope and pray you had a wonderful holiday with your loved ones. We have so much to be thankful for. One new praise the church can be thankful for is the new supreme court ruling that came out yesterday barring restrictions on religious services. This is certainly a well-intentioned ruling that empowers our leadership to prayerfully consider our own position going forward. However, these considerations are not without their complications as we do not exist within a silo, but within a community that is struggling in the midst of a health crisis. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our leadership does its due diligence seeking further clarification on these laws, discusses with other local church leaders, and prayerfully seeks the Lord and His Word for direction and peace.
For now, we will remain 'Online Only' for this Sunday the 29th and within the current county restrictions of the 'Orange' 25 person max. We will provide further instruction next week regarding our upcoming services going forward. Thank you again for your understanding.
Kenmore Alliance Church,
As you may already know, on Friday Erie County moves to "Orange" in its response to the surge of infections and hospitalizations in our area. The state restrictions for Houses of Worship in an "Orange" region allow for 33% capacity or a 25 person maximum. This again is in an effort to reduce the density of gatherings thereby reducing the potential spread of the COVID virus. Because of this restriction, we are suspending our in-person worship services at 9am and 11am effective immediately, this Sunday, November 22. The church office remains open and many of our smaller Bible Study's are still able to meet. Please contact your group leader with questions regarding your group meeting in person or on Zoom. Any group meeting in the church will continue practicing our current COVID safety protocols of wearing a mask and social distancing.
Again there will be NO in-person worship services this weekend. You are invited to worship with us online LIVE at 9am or to watch the recorded service anytime after that on our YouTube Channel. (youtube.com/KenmoreAllianceVideo)
Parents: our Children's ministry is offering a KIDZ CHURCH hour for your children ages 4-11 here at KAC at 11am on Sunday. With 5 adult workers, we can only allow a maximum of 20 kids, and can only allow for parents to "drop-off". Please register HERE for this opportunity.
Although we do not know how long these current restrictions will be in place, we will continue to inform you of any changes in the future. And as always, we continue to encourage you that although we miss gathering as the body of Christ corporately, we are empowered by the Spirit of God to continue BEING the Church scattered! Please do not neglect meeting together, please serve and minister to one another, share meals, call and facetime, pray for one another. In your going, share the gospel with those that need Jesus and be a light in a dark place, in a dark time.
2 Corinthians 13:11,14 - Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
Kenmore Alliance Church,
We have received information tonight of two separate confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our church family this week. One individual who tested positive was in our facility Monday and Tuesday of this week, including Tuesday Night Youth Group (November 9th and 10th). The other individual who tested positive attended our 11am Service this past Sunday (November 8th). Please be aware that the church cannot release the names or any identifiable information regarding these individuals. We are sharing this information with you as a courtesy should you have attended during these times.
You will be contacted by a local health department representative in the event that you may have had "close contact" with a specific individual who tested positive. Otherwise, please continue to monitor your own health and personal protective efforts as you normally would. We are hoping and praying for you to stay safe and to keep others safe as well.
In the meantime, ministries and services will continue as planned here at KAC, although we continue to monitor closely the current events as local authorities speak to the ever-changing restrictions in our region. Continue to check in to our website and Facebook page for any future updates. www.kenmorealliance.com www.facebook.com/KenmoreAllianceChurch

Kenmore Alliance Church Family,
Good evening. A few hours ago, we were made aware that a member of our church family has tested positive for Covid-19. In order to be cautionary, the leadership has decided that tomorrow’s services will be cancelled.
At this time, all questions should be directed to Jeff Goodband, our Director of Operations. We have been in contact with the state and local health department and information will be limited to those directly affected. In order to maintain confidentiality, as required by federal and state law and regulations, if you were determined to be at risk, you will be contacted by the health department or myself.
Check back on this page for further information regarding church building usage and programs.

At this time we are asking everyone to Pre-register for Sunday Services as this allows us to create a safe environment for our KAC Family under the guidelines of the current capacity restrictions. NYS is currently allowing worship gatherings at 33% capacity. The health and safety of our church body is a priority to us.
Note: Many states in the US are now on NY's quarantine list. We ask that if you have visited any of these states in the last 14 days, you stay home and participate in online services. View an up-to-date list of Restricted States
